Shipping Policy:

US site

We want to make sure you understand our shipping policy. For all domestic orders totaling $73 or more, we offer free shipping. However, if your domestic order is under $73, there will be a flat fee of $10 applied to cover shipping costs.

Global site

All orders include free shipping to the listed predesignated countries and regions. We want to ensure transparency regarding international shipping costs so that you can plan your purchases accordingly. Buyers in countries not listed will receive final prices 1-2 days after checkout. The prices will include shipping.

When it comes to international orders from Global site, there is a flat fee of $58 for orders below $60.

Minimum order Quantity (MOQ)

Dealers in the US and Global:

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 40 lures apply to all dealers in the US and Global. 

Dealers need to understand and approve to become registered with Salta Lure Company AB, a company operating and registered in Sweden. All orders from dealers are placed and bought from Salta Lure Company AB. Salta Lure Company AB reserves the right to approve dealers.

Delivery and Shipping terms:

US Site

Orders are shipped from Salta Americas warehouse in Miami.

Global site

Orders are shipped incoterms DAP from Salta Lures Company’s warehouse in China.

The Kukkhri is shipped from Salta Americas warehouse in Miami. 

DAP means delivery at place, buyer pays import taxes and customs fees

Dealers:

US Dealers: Orders are shipped incoterms DDP from Salta Lure Company’s warehouse in China. 

DDP means delivery to door, all duties included. All import taxes and customs fees paid by shipper.

US dealers may inquire and select either air freight, 12 days or sea freight, 35 days.

Global dealers: Orders are shipped incoterms FOB from Salta Lure Company’s warehouse. 

Global dealers may inquire and select either air freight, 12 days or sea freight, 35 days.

Return/Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from www.saltalures.com. If you need to return an item, you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to do so. To be eligible for a full refund, please provide valid proof of purchase. Please note that this return policy applies specifically to items that are defective or broken. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, without any signs of tampering or prior use. It’s important to understand that cosmetic damage that occurs after use cannot be returned.

After the 14-day period has elapsed, we are unable to accept returns. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. We want to be upfront about our return policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers. However, please note that there may be cases where we are unable to accept returns for packages purchased through www.saltalures.com.

Important Warning:

We want to inform you that certain products available on our website may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This information is in accordance with CA Prop 65 regulations. We prioritize your safety and believe in providing transparent information about any potential risks associated with our products.
